COVID-19 Announcement

Dear Clients:

Due to rapidly changing circumstances regarding the Covid-19 Coronavirus , we will be closing our offices in Northampton and Holyoke to the public starting tomorrow, Tuesday, March 16th.

Most of our client office visits are generated from premium payment issues or automobile registration stamps.

Please make payments to your insurance companies directly via the US mail, or via the web. Payment information for all our insurance companies can be found at https://webberandgrinnell.com/about-our-agency/insurance-companies/.

For those clients without checking accounts, we are no longer accepting cash payments and ask that you get a money order. Money orders can be obtained at most CVS’s or Walgreen’s. We encourage you to mail the money order to your carrier. If absolutely necessary, you can also drop the money order off in our mailbox during business hours. The Northampton box is located outside our entry way at 8 N. King St, and the Holyoke box is located on the 3rd floor outside of office entrance at 98 Lower Westfield Rd. Please understand that this practice will be at your own risk. We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen money orders. Please remember to include your invoice and put your policy number on the check or money order. We will mail you a receipt of your payment should you choose to drop it off.

Our office will remain fully staffed with most employees working remotely from home.
